WARRANTY

Storm Products, Inc. warrants this product from the date of purchase against defects in material or workmanship. Defective bags will be either replaced or replacement parts will be provided at our option. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by accident, misuse, alterations to, or tampering with the product.

Requests for warranty assistance must go through your place of purchase. If for some reason that is not an option, you must call Storm Products, Inc. at 1-435-723-0403 or email tech@stormbowling.com.

When doing so, be certain to include your name, address, email address, telephone number, a copy of your receipt, and product description including pictures of the affected area(s).

For damage, not warranty related, the customer may purchase replacement parts including handles, axles, wheels and more. These costs vary but are usually nominal.

Repair or replacement shall be the exclusive remedy available to the purchaser. Storm Products, Inc. shall under no circumstances be liable under this warranty or otherwise for any special, indirect, secondary, incidental, or consequential damage of any nature to any person or property arising directly or indirectly out of the use or inability to use a warranted product.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights; you may also have other rights, varying from state to state.
