Brigham City, Utah - Barbara Chrisman, has assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Storm Products Inc. (SPI), effective immediately. Barbara Chrisman served as co-founder with the late, Bill Chrisman, and has been part of decisions, evaluations, and the process of the company since it was founded in 1985.
For more than three decades, Bill and Barbara Chrisman, have made an immense impact in the sport beyond just the production of the products. In recent years, Barbara has spent much of her time looking after their foundation and charitable giving projects. As she steps into the role of CEO, she brings a wealth of experience and plans to carry the tradition of excellence and quest for innovation that SPI is known for into this new era.
Though the loss of Bill Chrisman was sudden, and the entire industry continues to mourn his loss, his dedication and passion for bowling serve as an inspiration as SPI pushes forward. Barbara Chrisman’s strength, experience, and understanding of the founding principles of the company make her the ideal person to lead SPI with a clear vision.
SPI has also announced that Tyler Jensen, Executive Vice President, has been named to the role of President. Jensen has spent the last several years working closely with Dave Symes who retired in April. After Symes retirement, Bill Chrisman, spent his time mentoring and sharing his vision with Jensen.
With over 20 years of experience in the bowling industry, Jensen brings an abundance of knowledge and expertise to Storm. Throughout his career, Tyler has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership skills, a keen business acumen, and a proven track record of delivering results.
