My bowling bag is around 3 years old and still in excellent condition however the plastic handle broke around screws attaching the handle while pulling it over a high curb. Wanted repaired or replacement handle, called tech support, was told bag out of warranty and the handle for my bag is not available. Would give better rating for the bag, but hate the "throw away" attitude by maker for bags still in good condition when it could be repaired by simply having replacement parts available.
